A 'returning resident' recognized as eligible for employment assistance and who finds a position, can refer to the bureau's employment coordinator to verify possible participation in employment financing for the initial work period.

This possibility should be explored prior to commencing work.

Assistance approval is subject to application by the employer and will be transferred directly to the institution that employs the returning resident.
