The State of Israel is interested in improving its relations with you, the Israelis residing long-term in the Diaspora, and would like to arrive at a policy which will strengthen our ties with you and open paths of communication and cooperation.

For this purpose the Institute of Contemporary Jewry at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem was asked to conduct a survey to collect the information necessary to attain this goal.
