The Ministry of Immigrant Absorption offers special assistance to new immigrants in locating relatives that live in Israel. This service is free of charge.

In order to receive information, contact the Telephone Information Center (03) 9733333, 24 hours a day, every day except Shabbat and holidays (on Fridays until the beginning of Shabbat and on Saturday night following the end of Shabbat).

When making an inquiry, be sure to indicate the following information about the person that you are trying to locate:

  First and last name
  Parents' names
  Date of birth
