When you immigrate to Israel, you will be entitled to ongoing assistance and guidance from a personal absorption counselor, who speaks your language and who will provide you with overall, professional, efficient and quality service.
The service is provided through the personal counselor at one service location One Stop Shop.
Through the personal absorption counselor:
You can coordinate in advance your arrival at the bureau or branch.
You can design an absorption program in conjunction with us that is custom tailored to your needs.
You will receive computerized services through the internet, such as: access to your immigrant file in order to check use of your rights (through personal password), downloading authorizations, updating personal information from the home, completing forms, etc.
The personal absorption counselor will coordinate home visits with you with your consent as well as visits to schools and place of employment.
You will receive information about assistance, guidance and advice regarding other authorities and organizations as necessary.
You will be given the possibility to provide us with personal feedback about the service.
Ministry representatives will contact you within 24 hours of your aliyah to Israel.
